CV01N - fields copied from the template

I would like to ask you for a help. When creating the document via CV01N from the template, where can I customize the fields which are copied from the template?

Once you create a document using a template using CV01n,all the fields copied from the template will be available for editing in the same transaction itself.Believe this is what you are looking for.

Thank you for the response. The question is, if and where it is possible to define which fileds should be copied from the template. I assume there should be some customizing behind. I have the TAB with certain field and it is copied from the template. I would like to set this field (value) will not be taken/copied from the template. There must be the way to define the fileds to be copied...
