Due Quantity showing "ZERO"

HI

Can one,guide me in resolving this issue.

The Due quantity is always showing zero and it is not all considering the schedule line quantity and Gr Quantity in calculating the actual due quantity.I am not much familiar with SNC environment ,but any of your suggestion results in solving this issue.I will reward with good points.Thank you.

Hi,

Check whether you maintained below setting or not:

Path:SPRO>Supply Network Collaboration>Delivery>Due Quantity Calculation>Determine Due Schedule Line Quantities

If you want generic setting for all then leave below entires as blank:

Customer

Supplier

Customer Location

Ship-From Location

Product

and maintained below entries and leave other entries as it is.

D/T Due Qty (ASN): Delivery Date/Time(Default)

D/T Due Qty (Conf.): Delivery Date/Time(Default)

D/T for ASN in DL: Shipping Date/Time

Save the above settings.
