Yes. But you should not rely on this. The cache content is administerred by the XI. If it decides to refresh the cache on-the-fly, things are gone to "bit-nirvana".
That's easy to answer. The next time the SLD cache is refreshed (e.g. but explicitely refreshing the cache or by restarting the system) the scenario won't work anymore.
