While doing reversal of PGI, system asking for serial no.

Hi Team,

I have a sales order, for the item there is no serial no in technical data. delivery is done and PGI also done without serial no. Even in material it was never maintained serial no. profile, But while doing PGI reversal system showing message "Only 0 serial numbers entered instead of 1". Please help me

check whether your serial number management is setup correctly. See link below.

Hi Bidhu,

Please check any material has any serial numbers.De-activate Serial Number Profile.

And while reversing debug it so that you will get the exact point of error.

Can you check this article after PGI any one activated serial numbers.If it is not activated then only option to find debug the transaction to know where system is picking the serial no.This could may be user exit or some tables.Debug the transaction then you will come to know the root cause.
