Testing of remote connection

Hi,

I have opened a remote connection for my system sap for a problem brought(reported) to the OSS, but they cannot connect.

There exists a way of verifying that the this correct connection?

Hi,

The problem is that they does not appear the log-in screen. OSS guy say:

now I don't get the "partner not reached: connection refused" error but a time out while connection and I can't get to the logon screen. Could you please check the settings again ?

I checked my conección and I do not find problems.

Some suggestion?

Hey,

I just want to make sure...

You have modified the SAPROUTTAB file and reloeaded into the saprouter, right? If not, this may be the cause of the problem.

ALso please check if the user ID provided to login is well with in validity dates and is not locked.

Hey.

If OSS guy is sayint that they can get to the log-in screen, then try resetting the password for the user if what Sri says does not work. It happened to me too that even I can log in locally using the user-ID created for OSS, OSS guy says they cannot...
