easyDMS How to avoid moving folders?

Hi,

is there any possibility to prohibit moving folders in easyDMS?

Allthough user do not have change authorisation for documenttype FOL they are able to move Folders. I was able to prohibit moving folders with authorization object C_STUE_BER (CS BOM Authorisations) but this cuts off Document creation as well... .

Any suggestions what to do to avoid folder movements?

Since your users require CHANGE activity in C_STUE_BER authorization object,believe there is no way you can exercise control over folder movement.

All i can suggest at this point is that you explore ACL authorization concept in easyDMS and see if you can restrict users from moving folders in and out by maintaining appropriate authorization activity(read,write etc) at various folders hierarchical points.
