Hi all!
Is it possible to enable status reason in web client through customizing?
We have a status (Confirmed) where it's necessary to inform a justification status. In GUI, we open a support message and in interaction record label we found the field "result", here we can inform justification status. Everything works fine, list values are taken from our customizing, and the support message gives and error if there is no justification in "Confirmed" status.
So, in GUI, it's working perfect, how do we do to have the same behaviour in web?

We have realized that web inteface also shows the same error message that GUI: "Enter a reason for status" (Message No CRM_ACTIVITY_H301).
That's correct, but, there is no possibility to inform the field because there is no field in the web dynpro AGS_INCIDENT_TRANS.
How can we achieve this? Is it necessary development?
