Manufacturing orders completed, but while reconciling says "missing in APO"

Hi All,

Planned order is generated from another system and is converted to Prod order in ECC. We do not use PP/DS.

The Prod Orders which are complete in ECC , while reconciling shows u201CMissing in APOu201D

How to resolve this issue?

Thanks All.

Hi Jim,

Add Production Orders in the integration model.

Then it would get CIFed to APO (after conversion from Planned order to Prod Order happens in ECC).

Hi Pawan,

The Production orders are CIFed to APO, but there are produciton orders which are completed in R/3 , and not in APO as well.

But while doing CCR for Manufacturing orders, then it says "missing in APO" though you do the recon, it does not work.

Its not there in MD04 and RRP3, but has it in CCR.

JJ,

Have the orders actually been closed (TECO)?

Or, if you don't care to TECO your orders, there are userexits available for CCR in which you can change the items that are flagged as errors.

Could you let me know about the user exit.

Hi Jim,

User exit mentioned by DB would not be relevant for this scenario.

He mentioned only if you don't do TECO, then only you should use the exits.

If you already completed the order in R/3, as you rightly said, system should not consider this as a discrepancy between R/3 and APO.

Either you already have some enhancement in CCR which could be causing the issue or otherwise could be some SAP bug in your system, and may be there is some OSS note for it.

What is your SCM system version, patch level? And ditto for your R/3 system?

Thanks - Pawan
