template in excel 2007

Hi, Colleagues!

One question, please.

I have configured template for dir and for excel. No problem with 2003, but with 2007 there is (message № 26136). File is not available and it is not possible to create it.

Is it possible to work with 2007 for templates or not in DMS?

P.S. No problem with attaching 2007 file to dms doc (all is configured), but template in 2007 makes me sad

Nobody use excel 2007 in DMS template functionality for DIR, doesn't it?

Hi,

SAP DMS - Microsoft Office 2007 files don't show up in ECL Viewer

Error: Microsoft Word, Excel and other files stored in the Office 2007 formats (.docx, .xlsx etc.) don't work inplace in the ECL viewer which comes standard with SAP DMS.

Fix: See. notes 1286768 and 1375425. You will need to upgrade the SAP GUI installation to at least version 7.10 patch 13. With new changes done in SAP Office Integration, both old .doc and .xls as well as new .docx and .xlsx files of MS Office will be supported.

We have 7.20 patch 9 and we have problem with Excel 2007 when working with template for DMS only. it is impossible to use template made in 2007 excel, only 2003 is possible, isn't it?
