Hi Experts!
I received an error while trying to logon to SAP:
Windows GUI 640 Exception 0xC0000005 with ID=0x577C7D52/0x577C7D52 occured (PL=14)
I search the Notes for this error and could not find anything on it. Please advise me on why this happened and what does this mean? Thanks in advance!

well 0xC0000005 is an Access Violation, which means that the program tries to access a memory location which is not accessable.
Try to use a newer version of SAPGUI or file a message on service.sap.com.
