SRM employee role

Hello All,

In SRM employee role, we can create confirmation for only Employee specific SC. but when we click on confirmation button, system displays all the Confirmation list. ideally in employee role, only employee specific confirmation only to be displayed but we were able to see all the confirmations (irrespective of employee specific). it is working like central recipient role.

How to rectify this. please help.

Hello Santhosh,

if you use SRM 7.0 release, you will have an explaination by having a look at GET_PO_NUMBER method from /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_BO_CONF_PS Web Dynpro Component controller.

Here, call method /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_CONF_STAT_HLPR=>GET_PO_LIST is done

Inisde, function module BBP_PO_LISTSEL_FOR_DESKTOP allows to get first PO with correct Requester but also with all users making part of Team Purchasing for this Requester, then PO with correct Recipient.

In both cases, in this FM, SC which are not created by sy-uname or if Requester is not sy-uname and Team Purchasing are deleted.

If this standard behavior does not cover your requirement, implement BAdI BBP_WF_LIST in order to use BBP_WF_LIST method.

Hi,

Could you please list roles you given to specific the user?

Role /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE is given for Employee.

Now when you say user is able to see all the confirmation's; you might have assigned either SAP_BW_SRM_RECIPIENT or /SAPSRM/RECIPIENT.

Please check.
