Suppress ‘Leads’ option in the home screen on mobile sale apps

Hi ,

I need to Suppress u2018Leadsu2019 option in the home screen. Leads should not be displayed from anywhere.

Can this been done from CRM side?

Ho wto conntrol to the Lead section available on the Mobile Sales app.

make sure that all the leads transaction type in upload/download criteria were removed completedly in crm spro.

Also, make sure that no data in ET_AUTH_CUST_LEAD table under MAS_AUTH_CUST in sdoe_wb.

Hi,

MAS_AUTH_CUST is the model which gives the data for your authorizations & customizations in the mobile application. You may need to fill the DO's CDS tables with appropriate data using CRM_AUTH_CUST_INSERTCDS fm to deactivate the leads in your mobile application.
