report of settlement of maintenance order

is there any standard report for to see how many maintenance orders has been settled fully and how many of partially settled.

Hi Sunil,

If you will check the report IW39, then you can find a field "Total Settlement" which will give you the exact value of the settled amount.

Hi,

In IW39 trnx you can see the fully settled & Partially settled order by looking into the System status - CNF & PCNF (Confirmed & Partially Confirmed) respectively.

Confirmation does not equal settlement. There is no system status for settled partially / fully

However, you could also run collective settlement of all orders (you need to use a variant or dynamic variant like ".PM01" in Test Mode and have a look at the log to see which orders had anything to settle.

pl try S_alr_87013015 you can see credit debit and settled

you can get the list of orders from IW39. save it to clipboard and enter it as order values
