Margin and image problem on printed smartforms

Dear Experts,

We have developed a custom form for SAP PM notifications and everything seems ok when it's print previewed. Logo is there and all data is on the page. However, when we print the shop paper (on a physical printer) it cuts 1-1,5 cm from right and puts an error message in the printed paper like "image could not be found".

Do you have any idea about both of the problems ? Any feedback is appreciated.

Hi,

Kindly check the printer settings and then check for the format used in the samrtform.Then check the following in the smartform:

Form attributes->Output Options tab-->Page format.

Check the above if its compatible to the printer settings.

Hi,

Try by changing the dimensions of the table and check. Its better to try this by creating a backup of your smartform and apply changes to it.

have you seen the printer setting is correct fit to the paper sheet.
