HI,

check ONe by ONe you can isolate the issue...

1.Check the RFC connection between the server DEV,QAS,PRD

2.check the TMSADM user status

3 check the network From OS level check any Packet loss is there or NOt by using Ping COmmand.

(i think Network packet loss may give you these kind of error) .

4 finally remove all the systems from Transport domain, delete the Domain controlled from all machine and reconfigure every thing.

5.Check the TP tooo......

While placing respective cofile and data file into trans directory of production system , can you please check file permissions.

Also if trans share folder have appropriate perimissions.

Dear Rupali,

I add a request through stms_import txcode. And there is no any permission issue. One things i want to say that i m facing this issue while system load is compatibly high.

Thanks,

Hi Samrat,

Can you please elaborate this issue. As per post what we can understand is that

-error occuers sometimes : not always

- is this error occuring only while adding request to buffer or while importing request also ??

As solution provided above , pls verify back and forth TMS RFCs to your domain controller and production system

Dear Rupali,

Your understanding is right. I have been facing this issue for sometimes, not for always. I have checked the rfc at that time, and it shows the error. its happen only when i adding request to buffer.

Hi Smart,

Please check the change documents for user - TMSADM in SUIM transaction code --> change documents -->For user --> select attributes in User Attributes (change from date to date ) and execute ...

You will now able see the history if TMSADM user . You can check if it is password expire or change by someone recently .

Let us know if you find some one changed password of TMSADM ..if so you need to reset.

Dear Dinesh,

It is showing no password expired and status is user unlocked. Password is also not changed by someone.

Thanks,

Transports were unable to process and it was failing authentication of RFC communication to destination.

This is one time given password to user TMSADM at initial level of configuring TMS in domain controller

TMSADM User might be locked by unsuccessful attempt .

TMSADM user has to be reset by standard function in STMS.

Samrat,

You need to re-configure the STMS.

Hi Samrat,

It looks like password issue for user TMSADM.

You can either reset the password or re-configure TMS.
