Graphics not displayed on solution manager workcenter for some users

Hi All,

Business client 3.0 or workcenter SAPGUI 7.20 sp 6,7 does not display

QGATE graphics on change management workceter, Its shows an error,

all users have Jre 6 installed on all desktop.. Please let me know what

are the front end software component needed to run Solution manager 7.1

But it works on my desktop..But I am not able to figure out what is

missing in all other desktops,

Getting the below error in the java console

It was a firewall issue. We have to go to Java control panel and click on Network settings --> and select Direct connection and restart the system.
