Hi

Is it Possible to create sales order and sales invoice then create delivery with below scenario

o Creating the sales order then sales Invoice will be created automatically based on the sales order.

o Then the order required release once Released automatically delivery will create without posting

o Any changes will happened in sales order before released must be updated in sales invoice automatically.

could you please provide more details .

1.As you said ,creating sales order , followed by invoice is called order related billing.

2.you can block the delivery , so that one has to release it . I did nt understand the pupose of not posting the delivery.

If you dont post the delivery, how would maintain the changed in inventory ?

3. when you do the order related billing , sales order would be taken as reference to create billing.

so that changes will be undated in invoice .( please check once )

your scenario you wnt do order then billing and then delivery for this

SALES CYCLE- OR and F5 billing document type

for this you have to do copy control in T CODE - VTFA do certain checks and check

with create sales order in va01 and go for billing in vf01.
