Hi ,
I have defined a new page format and printing the form , it is printing fine but the width it is taking is of standard DINA4 paper,
i tried to maintian format printer initialization my page but still it is giving problem,
hwo to solve it

You've assigned the new page format to the form? If the width changed, did you adjust the window sizes to match the new page definition? Sounds like your layout set still has windows sized for A4 page format.

have you checked the output device setting it can be found the table SH_PRIN

Hi,
Did you put the commands into the printer initiailization section for the created page format within the device type definition in transaction SPAD? The printer needs to get the commands to tell it the paper size of the new format. In the standard page format like DINA4, there will be commands something like this for an EPESCP9 device type:
set line spacing 6 LPI
\e\0x32
set page length to 2 inch (=12 lines at 6 LPI)
\e\0x43\0x0C
These need to be changed to reflect the page size you require.
