Shopping cart in Status ' I1112'

Hi,

I have an issue where a shopping cart is in I1112 status. When i look into RZ20, i could see that the error ; Shopping cart 0010082606 (PO 8300023575): SE 026 You cannot maintain service specs. due to i ncomplete transfer structure.

I have tried resubmitting the shopping cart but nothing works.

Please provide me any suggestion to rectify the above error. ....

Hi,

This is standard anomaly found in SRM 7.0.

Please apply one of the following notes. It will certainly resolve your issue.

SAP Note: 1098609, 1498793, 1499352 & 396102 (works fine with SRM 5.0)
