hi Experts,
My scenario is Mail to JDBC. The sender Mail communication channel through the following error
exception caught during processing mail message; java.net.Connect Exception: A remote host refused an attempted connect operation.
i don't know y this happens.Give idea to solve this issue.

Hi Preethi,
It is a Basis/networking problem. Your mail server refuses connection attempts from PI. Contact the team or person responsible for this mail server and ask him to allow PI to connect. Also, the authorization of the user that is used for connections might need to be extended.

check if connectivity is open from PI to Mail server. and

Probably this issue is due to a Network problems between Sap PI and your Mail Server (configured in Main Adapter channel).
Check connection between PI and MailServer with your Basis/Networking Team.
