Dear experts.

how can i configure for the following scenario in pricing

> 250ml is free on every 1000ml product(inclusive in the pack)>condition is offer is limited up to stock lost.

If the you have 2 different bottle for 250 ml & 1000 ml.

Then inclusive free goods(VBN1) with item generation can hold good. You can have validity period maintain for that.

250ml is free on every 1000ml product(inclusive in the pack)

You have 2 option:

Option 1.: inclusive free goods(VBN1) without item generation can hold good. Similarly, You can have validity period maintain for that.

Option 2.: Material Determination(VB11). In this you require 2 material one for 1000 ml & other as 1250 ml. By, this whenever, the customer others for 1000 ml, the system will replace it with 1250 ml product in sales order. Here you can maintain validity period & Proposed reason like Advertising campaign.

Thanks for reply but here my situation is i need to configure for the limited stock. for example 2000-bottles.

Then Material Determination should suit your requirement.

Maintain Prospose reason as 0005 - Manual matl selectn

This will allow material Determination based on available physical stock

Maintain stock for 2000 bottles for 1250 Ml bottle.

Maintain proper availabilty check should take care of that.

HI

Try with Free Goods Determination and do the necessary configuration in pricing Include R100 Condition Type

further reference Check the pricing procedure RVAA01

And for the free goods Determination configuration check in Google , so you will get good documents

hi

you have to create a BOM for 1000 ml material as parent material and 250 ml as child material.
