Multiple Deliveries From a sales order

hi Guys,

I,ve few questions regarding multiple deliveries from a sales order.

Please tell me how can i create multiple deliveries from a sales order for different dates and how many deliveries can be created from a sales order at max.?

Dear Tarun

We can create unlimited number of deliveries for a single SO.

However, for "partial per item", in Std SAP the maximum limit is 9.

Hope this is clear.

As per my knowledge , we can delivery more than 9 deliveries if you maintain Partial Delivery 9 in customer master

But at the time of Creating 10 Delivery it will show warning message only but it will allow

check & Revert

If you want to restrict the system don't allow more than 9 then you need to do one settings

Go to T-Code OVM1 , Select VL 065 , Select the Message Type "E"

Rightly said in previous post regarding allowing partial delivery.

Further, based on date the copying control for Sales order to Delivery will split the sales order.

Use VL10A to create delivery.

one sale order 9 delivery maxim you can set at customer master , level, it is related to customer master data, you can check the you sale order line item level shipping tab you maximan partial delivers -9 , please check this
