Formatting Error in smartforms.

While i running the smartforms it gives the following error after activation

Exception : formatting_error

message id :ssfcomposer

message number :606

message :

field "it_kg1" :invalid type "u".(internal abap) .

what can i do?

Hi ,

To avoid this error change the data type to TYPE C or N. This will fix your error.

HI friend,

The error is clearly mentioned :

"field "it_kg1" :invalid type "u".(internal abap) .".

Change the data type of the field to some other type and test the form and see. If you still get error then the issue is some where else try to fix it.
