Dear Experts,
Could you please help with my problem ?
I've just upgraded our Portal (NW 7.01 SPS6) to NW 7.3 SPS5. It seemed to complete successfully. And the system was restarted successfully with greenlight.
I could log on to the start page with no problem - http://en-adldbp-01:50000/startPage.
But when I clicked on the "SAP NWA" or "System Information" links, then they came with "Internal Server Error 500" and "Details: WebApplicationException log ID is [C0000A40607900440000000400001AF0]."
Would you please advise how to troubleshoot it from here ?
Many thanks
dan

Hi all,
Downgrading the SAP JVM only helped a bit.
Vasanth's suggestion of this link http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?messageID=10727785#10727785 solved the problem.
However, it should read like this ...
- To resolve the issue, open offlinecfgeditor
- In edit mode, go to security --> configurations --> ticket --> security --> authentication
- Highlight the "template=spnego" key and delete it
- Restart the system
Kind Regards

Hi Nicholas,
Yes, we are using JVM 6.1.037.
However, there is no other version of JVM available in our system. And, note #1579119 is not yet released by SAP.
Hi Vasanth,
Thanks for the suggestion.
I drilled down to the Security/Configurations/Ticket level, there was no such key "template=spnego" in our system.
Have you any other recommendation ?
Many thanks

Hi Dang,
This is known issue if you are using JVM 6.1.037. Refer to note 1675291 to downgrade the version.
