Customer - BP integration - Error

Hi,

We are creating a BP by inputting Cust no is FLBPD1.

I have done my integration config, on running FLBPD1 i get an error BP not created, when i refer to PPO I get the error

Enter industry, we hve tallied the customer and BP industry to be the same, still get message R1175 Enter an industry.

Any suggestions to counter ths?

Hi Veena,

It is perhaps easier to customize the integration of industries in SPRO > Cross-Application Components.

Here you can assing the industries from the customer to the BP and the other way around. When creating a BP from a customer or a customer from a BP the correct industry is assigned.

HI,

Please check in the Customer Master Acount group, General Data, Control Tab , whether Industry Field is Mandatory, If yes please change to Optional and create the same.

Thats what I am trying to do create BP via FLBPD1 and the process is ot getting completed due to BP error R11173 Enter an industry i checkec notes 1156656 it is already applied to our system.

Any other inputs?
