Hi Guys,
is there any way to mass-remove collaborators from Subagreements? I think the Agreement / Subagreement Uploader only adds Collaborators to Agreements and does not remove existing one, or does it replace values?
If it does; will a collaborator being removed on a subagreement have an effect onto the Master Agreement, ie. will it be added on the first Master Agreement save?
Thank you.

Hi,
I dont think system has a way of mass deleting Collaborators from MA / SA. Though if the intent is to prevent write access to those collaborators, you can use the mass update file to change their access to Read only. E.g., if Reviewer role in your collaborator role defintions provides the users with view only rights, then you can assign this role to all the collaborators on the MA via mass change technique. For that you'd need to goto Setup > Document Security template > MA security template and then in the New collaborators tab you can change the default collaborator role to Reviewer. Then when you mass upload, the role will be updated automatically for that user.
It would be advisable to first test these things in your DEV environment to see which solution suits your needs
Thanks,
Vikram
