Output types

HI,

One invoce document having 10 multiple different Print layout forms are there.

Could you please confirm me how to configure in the system & how many output types & billing type I will define in the system.

Hi Miku,

For your requirement create one output procedure in that create 10 output type for each output type assign the smart form.No

need to create different billing types for the same billing type you can use,in this process once you click on the issue output

system display all the output condition types based on the requirement you can select the output type and issue the output.

Maintain output condition record for all output types at VV31.

Hi,

If the requirement is to print all the forms irrespective of any conditions or logic, then you can create one output type and call all the forms to be printed in one program, this program will be assigned the output type.

if forms are to be printed based on certain conditions (which can be controlled via access sequence - key combinations,) you may use multiple output types.
