Copy Partner function

D/F,

Scenario is: Contract-> Sales Order (Sales Order is created w.r.t. Contract)

We create Contract with Agent as SP, SH, PY and BP. For Agent weu2019ve created one extra Partner Function Z1 as Commission Agent. In Contract, Z1 Partner Function is the Agentu2019s code which is picked from Customer Master of Agent.

Now Sales Order is created w.r.t. Contract. Here we change SH from Agent to end Customer. For Customer weu2019ve created as separate Acct Group. Weu2019ve not assigned Z1 Partner Function to Customer Acct Goup.

Now we want that Z1 Partner Function in Contract should be picked in the Sales Order. Issue is that although Z1 Partner Function is coming but the Agentu2019s code is not coming. How to bring Agentu2019s code in the Sales Order?

Cust Acct Gr for Agent and Sales Order are different.

Hi RS,

you can manually select in sales document header in partner tab

before that check once again in partner determination procedure

In Contract there are 4 std. Partner Functions: SP, SH, PY, BP. In addition to these we've created one more Partner Function Z1 Sugar Agent. We want that this Z1 Partner Function should be copied to Sales Order.

Pls advice.

RS, Let me know , have you maintained the number of Z1 agent at customer master data partner functions tab page in sales area data , even though if you have maintained an another account group for Z1 Agent . Try to check once whether you have maintained are not.

Of course I've maintained customer code of Z1 Partner Function in the Customer Master Sales Area Data. So how to get it copied to Sales Order?

1.Based on the Copy control settings (T-code VTAA)

2. Based on the Partner Determination procedure at Header & Item level

Path: SPRO--> Sales & Distribution > Basic Functions> Partner Determination -->Set Up Partner Determination

RS,

If you want to get partnerfunction in sales order you have to do this cross check Go to sales and distribution > basic functions> partner determination--->set up partner determination ---> set up partner deter for sales doc header

--create partner determination procedure for sales order

--select the partner determianation and Assign partner funtion to procedure as same as creating customer

---Assigning the partner deter procedure to sales order doc type.

--check your partner function and account group assignment .

--save it.

Then Run one more sales order

I hope it will fix your issue.
