How to add "Goal" and "Goal: text" fields to incident message screen

Hello everyone,

I would like to add the fields "Goal" and "Goal: text" to the incident message screen.

I have read on many forums that they are not displayed by default which leads me to believe there is a way to show them.

Where can I modify the incident message screen to display them?

How do I do it?

Hi Vikram,

When we run transaction CRMD_ORDER and go under the "Worklist" tab, we can change the displayed fields.

When we use the "Show" option we see a list of fields we can display.

Two of the fields are "Goal" and "Goal: Text".

That means that "Goal" and "Goal: Text" are available fields.

But on the incident screen "Process Support Desk Message" (accessible via transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER") we can't seem to find the "Goal" and "Goal: Text" fields anywhere.

We want to be able to show these two fields and use them.

Is there anyway to do this?

i cant see any Show option. I checked in the system but cant find. Please provide more details.

Unfortunately that is all the information I have.

I do not know how to acccess or show this field.

I was hoping there was another way to show so we can use it.

Does anyone have ideas?

We'd really like to be able to use this field for incidents.
