POC in RA on monthly data basis.

Hi All,

In our projects we are calculating POC by using cost based method in RA. Here client has come up with new requirement that POC should get calculated by considering monthly data only, for ex;

If for WBSE i have planned cost and revenue for Jan,Feb,march. Now, suppose in January i have booked some cost and revenue on wbse and when i run RA for the month of Jan, then system should calculate POC and other RA categories by considering only January month planned data and actual data, similarly now in Feb i book some cost and rev then RA should calculate POC and other data by considering only planned and actual data of Feb month only and so on.

Please help.

may be you can try to use progress analysis for RA. and use the estimation measurement method in progress analysis, here you can manually enter the POC.
