MS Excel 2010 with MDM Data Manager 5.5 SP4

Hi,

I am using MS Excel 2010 with MDM Data Manager 5.5 SP4.

When I try to export some data using Data Manager, I get an error saying Excel is not installed.

Is this because MS Excel 2010 not compatible with MDM 5.5 SP4? Or is it something else?

Hi Farazuddin,

As rightly mentioned by Sravan,MS Office 2003 is supported with MDM 5.5 SP 04.

Installing the same should solve the issue.

Also,please try this for fewer no of records first ,this will help find issue/if any with data.

Special characters and very large texts do post a bi of technical glitch here.

Hi

MDM 5.5 is only compatible with MS office 2003.

That is the reason you are getting this message.

Install office 2003 and restart the system and try the same. you will not get the error.
