SAP Service Connection - Host did not respond

I am trying to open a service connection to SAP via the Service marketplace and continue getting Host did not respond error message.

The dev_route file shows this:

The internal Adapter for the loaded GSS-API mechanism identifies as:

main: pid = 3876, ppid = 0, port = 3299, parent port = 0 (0 = parent is not a saprouter)

running a niping command of

D:\usr\sap\saprouter>niping -c -H /H/192.168.1.101/H/169.145.197.110/H/169.145.197.110

is successful.

After 10 unsuccessful service connection attempts the connection is cancelled.

Can anyone please help with resolving this issue?
