SAP Service Connection - Host did not respond

I am trying to open a service connection to SAP via the Service marketplace and continue getting Host did not respond error message.

The dev_route file shows this:

running a niping command of

is successful.

After 10 unsuccessful service connection attempts the connection is cancelled.

Can anyone please help with resolving this issue?
