Document flow problem

Hi guys,

can u guess any body for this issue that is when i am seeing document flow from delivery and billing document level it will not

be not showing sales order number what is the reason ?

Check at copy controls VTLA, select your delivery type and order type at the item level check the document flow is checked or

not if not check it and try.

Dear Dhanush

Your problem is because of schedule line and copy control

1. Run T-Code VTLA, here you select your order type and Delivery type and check at your item level in control data, weather Update document flow is checked or not.

Order requirements=101

Item data=101

Item Ext. System=0

Business data=2

2. Run T-Code VOV7 and check for your item category, weather Business item,Schedule line allowed,Wght/Vol. Relevant, Determine Cost are checked or not, it should be checked.

3.The SAP System can only copy those items of a sales document to a delivery for which schedule lines exist. Control of the schedule lines depends on the schedule line category.

you check also SPRO>IMG>Sales and Distribution>Sales>Sales Documents>Schedule Lines>Assign Schedule Line Categories
