AS2 message missing in MONI

Hi experts,

we have an AS2 to file interface.....where in we have around 15 messages in Seeburger monitor all are succesfuly processed but in MONI we have receivd only 14...no message in Error..one message is missing.

Can some one help me in tracking this missing message...i dont see any error in CC or in AS2 monitor...

Have you checked in RWB message monitoring if you received all 15 messages? If not, then it must have got stuck in Seeburger monitor (Seeburger adapter). Can you see if you have any entry in Recovery monitor of Seeburger Workbench?

Hi prateek,

In RWB-Message monitoring....it has only 14 entries....no message in error..there is no entry in reocovery monitor either..

I have used Seeburger for years and never faced an issue where a message disappears. Are you sure that in the Seeburger Monitor you are looking for the messages from correct partner and in the correct direction (inbound). In front of any of these messages, do you see a blue circle with "i" in the Seeburger monitor?
