Business Process Mapping through Solution Manager

Hi Experts,

We want to do Business Process Mapping(BPM) for our client. We want to design the business process in such a manner so that from Solution manager itself we can find out the failure/problem in the whole process. This requires as because we are working with several IDocs and it fails sometime. We need an early alert for the same before client informs us.

Please help me how to do that. I know it is big. But will be helpful if anybody is having a link or docs.

You can buy the latest SAPPress book on Solution Manager 7.1

Lots of options but you won't get any detailed explanation in the forum by asking the question as you should do an effort yourself first to read up on it.
