SAP Solution Manager 7.1 installation for use with BusinessObjects
I am completely new to Solution Manager. I have been told that I've got to install and configure it for the department. We need to use it connect to all our BusinessObjects customers and use the following components:
- Service Desk (Incident Management)
- Maintenance Optomizer
- Early Watch Alert
- Remote connection to customer system
My bigest problem is that I am extremely pressed for time and there is such a huge amount of documentation to go through that I makes me even more hysterical.
Is there anybody out there that could possibly assist me with some information on which of the software (there's also a lot of it) to use and not to use. Where to start and how to do this. What to install at customer sites etc etc etc....
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!
