ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND

Hello Guys,

After searching the forum extensively, I am putting my query. I tried the common solution, but to no success.

So, till a few weeks ago, my internet service was working fine in development system.

I moved it to QA system recently. The first screen appears to be fine.

But as soon as I click on any of the application, I get the error saying

Template interpretation terminated, template not available

What happened?

ITS service "yzzv_hauliers3" was terminated because no template was found for

the dynpro with number 40 in program "SAPMSYST".

And in recent time, there have been implementation of support packages. After this even the same problem is occurring in development

system as well.

I have already tried publishing all the services using SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL. I know it benefited many people facing the same error, but unfortunately it's not the same case with me.

Waiting for some guidance here. Thanks in advance.

This is not the correct forum for your question. This forum is for Web Dynpro ABAP only. Your question is related to ITS/SAPGUI for HTML.

Please check whether webgui service is activated or not...

To run WEBGUI ITS service , go to transaction SICF (testing can be done from SE80 also) and Expand the tree to the following path default_host->sap->bc->gui->sap->its->WEBGUI. then activate it by right click on it.

Thanks for the reply Srinivas.

But the WEBGUI service is already active.
