Need help on Help Center

Hi Experts,

I am using a help icon in my application. When I click on the icon it goes to the help desk of knowledge management.

I do have few questions regarding this.

How can I restrict the user editing the text that is available in the NOTE, which is in the Help Center?

How can I translate the text that is available in the NOTE?

I don't want the change button to be displayed to the user, How I can achieve this?

wht do you mean by help desk management ?

and how you are calling on button action, is that some code?

Srini,

I am getting the application using get_application method. Using the reference I am calling the method open_help_center.

Which opens a help desk screen.

I am waiting for your valuable answers for my questions which in my previous thread.
