SCM 7.0 Upgrade Error

Dear Friends,

I am using SCM5.0, Oracle 10.20.0.4 on HP-UX11i v2. Now I am upgrading SCM7.0 but it is giving the error message in phase PREIMP as below

Severe error(s) occured in phase PREP_EXTRACT/PREIMP!

Last error code set: Single errors (code <= 😎 found in logfile 'PREIMP.ELG'

Please help me.

Hi,

Please check needed enviroment variables and update the whole kernel to the latest version. Usually, this kind of issue occurs due to the incompatibility of some tools (e.g.: tp) with the database library (dbmsslib.dll).
