Manage Substitutes in Solution Manager 7.1 SP4

Hello,

I made configuration according to pdf:

It works fine in tx. SOLMAN_WORKCENTER but it is possibility to working at web browser ITSM Solution Manager 7.1 SP4 ?.

Please advise, if this functionality is possible at web browser.
