Java Script for Hiding Column Not working in Second page onward!

Hi,

I have a problem like, In adobe Form I have taken Table to populate the data , as header and body row both are getting populated by dynamic data. there are 14 column in table in which starting 9 columns are dynamic.

For all starting 9 columns i applied Java Script if header value is blank then it should not show that column and item both.

Now this all thing working fine in first page while output goes to second page the script for header is not working but it is working for body row.

Kindly provide me the solution that java script should work in all output pages for header.
