Logon PAR problems

Hi Everyone,

Our production Portal runs in a clustered environment..load will be shared among two servers that host portal..After customizing portal Logon screen.ie uploading the par file and changing the authschemes.xml accordingly..only one of the servers is showing up the new logo and branding image,while portal on the other server shows an exception which says

An exception occurred while processing a request for :

iView : com.-----.portal.runtime.logon_prd_Sea.default

Component Name : com.-----.portal.runtime.logon_prd_Sea.default

Error occurs during the rendering of jsp component.

Exception id: 06:24_06/02/12_0019_18440450

See the details for the exception ID in the log file

Because of this ,one server is taking all the load and slowing down the performance.

Any help would be appreciated..

As per my understanding you need to save this image on all the application servers.

I've uploaded the par file on both the servers...still the error persists..can you suggest me...am I missing something??

Please try restarting the Servers . It should resolve the issue
