may be problem related with dialog work process....

Hi,

SAP system dispatcher is getting down and hence instance is not able to bring up.

Can you please also paste logs of file dev_server0, dev_icm_sec,dev_icm, dev_jcontrol etc.

Also have you verified if your database running correctly? also your SAP system (SAP<SID>_<Instance no>)services are up??

My problem still not solve..now paste DEV_disp log file...here show work process died...plz look that n give mi solution..

There is nothing new in dev_disp. We already knew that work processes died, from the dev_w0 you posted above.

It would help more if you could reply to other suggestions given above, like 'what is the output of R3trans -d' or what did you try from the ideas in SAP note 655240, which what result. For example what about environment variables?

Hi,

Pls ensure to start your database in running status first , before you start SAP applications.

It seems there is problem at database end caz "ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress dblink#1 @ 419 dblink 0419 "

Vicky,

Looks like database is not open or in mount state. Can you start the database manually, check the listener and start SAP again.

Also Make sure you able to login with SAPSR3 user @ DB level (login with SAPSR3 user and password @ database level )

Hi,

From the logs:

ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress

Check SAP Note ORA-01033: 655240, all the possible causes for this error are mentioned.
