Can not clean up PO

Hi All

We need to clean up PO becomes 0 value (Status Ordered with 0 value)

But when we try to clean up PO , we face a problem.

After delete line items, click Order. The notification message says that the PO is Ordered.

But when we check again, the status is u201CAwaiting Approvalu201D

If we see in the PO Approval View, it says that u201CNo Approval Requiredu201D.

Please advice

Hi Avinash

May be you can recall the PO. Put it on edit mode and delete from header instead at line item leve.

Also, if you want to delete it the you can use FM META_PO_DELETE.
