Confirmation Reversal

Dear SAP Gurus,

I am facing one problem that is we are having automatic goods movement at the time of confirmation along with inspection type 04 activated on that material. My question is that the confirmation has been wrongly booked and the inspection lot has been cleared and now when I want to reverse my confirmation system is showing me the error message as "Deficit of BA St. in QI prev. 1.500 MT : SIMN_HC 7400 8472 LOOSE". I have reversed the UD also but still the message is coming.

Can anybody please help me on this.

hi,

you have done reversal of UD, not the reversal of Stock posting.

Use SAP note 175842 for stock posting reversal.

Hi please check with the FI team for the month end closing activities. If the lot is generated last month this issue can happen.

hi,

When u reverse the UD, reverse the confirmation of ur PP order but one thing u make it sure that qty. will be same means no partial posting to scrap or some other strg. location.

bcoz if partial qty. move to scrap then it will not reversed secondly if some Qty is in blocked then u need to post it in unrestricted and then reverse ur PP confirmation.
