does anyone know what does that meant in SPM logs ?
backgorund job was not schedule/log and file not yet generated .....thanks

You have to schedule the background job /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK in the back-end.
I advise you to have a look at the configuration guide under http://service.sap.com/instguides before making a question here.
SAP BusinessObjects -> SAP BusinessObjects Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) -> Access Control -> SAP GRC Access Control 5.3
The job is normally scheduled hourly, and you have to wait until the job finishes to see the FF logs.
If you still have problems after schedule the job, please let us know.
