Hello,

The general SAP recommendations are RAID 5 for datafiles (except

PSAPTEMP and PSAPROLL), RAID 1 + 0 for PSAPTEMP, PSAPROLL and the

online redo logs.

I also enclose note 793113 on Oracle I/O configuration.

Refer the file /etc/raidtab - configuration file for (RAID) devices and assigned partitions.
