Hi
I want to use FCC in my file sender ...Can i use it with FTP ( or is it mandatory to use NFS for FCC )
Can i also archive the file on the FTP server
Hi Hema,
Yes you can apply FCC with FTP,for that you have to give FTP ip address , with Login credentials and also please ensure whether that login user has read , write, execute permissions to pick the file and post the file to FTP.
and yes you can archive files on FTP , By chosing Archive and give the folder location
again ensure that user has the right permission to archive the file on respective folders.
Thanks
Shefali

Hi Hema,

Yes, you can use FCC with FTP Transfer Protocol, just like with NFS.
Can i also archive the file on the FTP server
Yes again. Just choose Processing Mode = Archive, specify archive directory and be sure to mark the "Archive Files on FTP Server" indicator. If you do not set it, the files are archived in the Adapter Engine file system.
Hope this helps,
Greg
