SAP Netweaver 7.11 Startup Issue - Server0 stuck in starting framework

Hi All,

We have SAP Netweaver CE 7.11 with HA. There are 2 instances J15 and J16 running on different hosts.

The DB is currenlty running on host where J16 is running. J16 instance is running without any issue.

However, when we start J15 instance, the serve0 process stucks in starting framework for ever.

In SAP MMC, under JAVA threads, service runner [dbpool] is in red and in this state always.

I am able to login to configtool from J15 host.
