Differences between Rebate Amount and Credit Memo Request

Hi dear all,

We are facing a issue between Rebate total amount and Credit memo request.

On the VBO3 transaction the total amount of the Rebate is: 6.362.211,78 COP ( Colombian Pesos ) and the Net Value of the Credit Memo is : 6.307.020,45 COP ( Colombian Pesos );

The user told me that some material prices were changes.

This validity date of this Rebate was Dec,2011 and they settled now in january 2012.

Does anybody know why this issue is happening?

Check if Note 392683 - Status of a rebate agreement matters.
